    02Formation · Saudi Arabia

Four filings stand between you and a licensed Saudi entity.

Since the updated Investment Law took effect, foreign investors register directly with the Ministry of Investment (MISA) rather than waiting on a standalone licence — but the entity still isn't operational until commercial registration and post-licensing steps are complete. We run the sequence for you.

    Check eligibility →
    01 MISA

    Investor registration

Declare your activity, legal form (LLC, branch, JSC) and shareholder structure through MISA's investor registration system.

    02 DOCS

    Documentation & attestation

Parent company commercial registration, audited financials, and shareholder IDs — legalised, translated and attested.

    03 MOC

    Commercial registration

Register with the Ministry of Commerce to receive your CR — the document that actually authorises operations.

    04 POST

    ZATCA, GOSI & municipal

Tax registration, social insurance, chamber of commerce membership and any sector-specific municipal permits.

    03Formation · Bahrain

Four steps through Sijilat to a licensed Bahraini entity.

Bahrain runs one of the Gulf's most open investment regimes — most activities allow up to 100% foreign ownership with no minimum capital, all filed through the Ministry of Industry & Commerce's Sijilat portal. But a commercial registration only authorises operations once activity approvals and post-registration steps are complete. We run the sequence for you.

    01 Sijilat

    Name & activity reservation

Open a Sijilat account, reserve your commercial name and select your activities (ISIC) and legal form — WLL, SPC or branch. Foreign investors clear a security check at this stage.

    02 Docs

    Structure & documentation

Draft and notarise the Memorandum of Association with shareholder passports — and, for a branch, the parent company's attested commercial registration and board resolution.

    03 Approvals

    Approvals, address & CR

Clear approvals from the bodies that regulate your activity (CBB, NHRA, municipality) and register a commercial address through an Ejar lease — which releases your active Commercial Registration.

    04 Post

    LMRA, SIO & VAT

With the CR live, register with the Labour Market Regulatory Authority and Social Insurance Organisation, enrol for 10% VAT with the NBR, and open a corporate bank account.

    04Premium Residency

Seven products. Every applicant fits one differently.

"Golden Visa" is shorthand — Saudi Arabia actually runs seven distinct Premium Residency products through the Premium Residency Center, each with its own fee, salary or capital threshold, and duration. General gate: 21+, passport valid 180+ days, clean record, and a medical report under six months old.
